14th Amendment as its written in the U.S. Constitution !

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the
jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the priviledges or immuities of
citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person within its jurisdiction
the equal protection of laws .

Above is the 14th Amendment to the U.S. constitution . . It is clear that in order to be a citizen
of the United States of America, ( This means a true citizen who is eligable to vote in the
united states of America which consists of 50 states - - This does not include South America,
or Canada ) You must be Born or Naturalized in the United States, AND subject to the
jurisdition thereof to be a citizen under the United States Constitution . . !

When ILLEGAL Alien Women Illegally enter the United States of America and have a child
or children, these Children ARE NOT United States Citizens ! And should be returned to the
country where in their parents came from . . If you were born in (Japan, China, Germany, or
England ) you are not a citizen of that country and not given a citizenship of said country
papers ! Same any where else in the world ! Why Are we allowing this to just be ingnored ?
And not ENFORCING it ?

Well, ! Why ? THE XIV AMENDMENT IS A MISINTERPRETATION OF WHAT IT WAS INTENDED FOR, - FOR BLACKS AFTER THE CIVIL WAR SO THEIR CHILDREN WOULD BE CONSIDERED AMERICANS !
IT WAS NOT MADE FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS IN THE 20TH OR 21ST CENTURY TO COME OVER AND GIVE BIRTH TO AN AMERICAN BY PEOPLE WHO OWE NO ALLEGIANCE HERE AND FORTHWITH APPLY FOR ALL KINDS OF BENEFITS THROUGH THE ANCHOR BABY !

DID YOU KNOW?

Senator Jacob Howard, the author of the citizenship clause in the Fourteenth Amendment,
defined who would fall within the “jurisdiction of the United States”:

[E]very person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by
virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States.

This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners,aliens, who
belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the
United States, but will include every other class of persons.

It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to
what persons are, or are not citizens of the United States.
