MCDC is requesting your presence during the month of March/April to stand the lines once again for a 30-day operation dubbed 'STAND YOUR GROUND'.  Our efforts are to help Border Patrol and National Guard to stop the amnesty invasion of our sovereign nation.

Your patriotic spirit and dedication to country is the backbone of our operations as we mark the fifth anniversary of citizens standing watch and our second anniversary doing so in a mass scale as the Minuteman CDC.  Over the course of the past two-years  MCDC has observed and reported many thousands of illegal aliens coming across our lines, with several thousand detentions by US Border Patrol with your vigilant assistance. 
Never has the border situation here in Arizona been so dangerous.  National Guard has tipped its hand -they are not here to stop anyone -the drug cartels and human smugglers know that and are running rampant.  Border Patrol agents are paralyzed by the imprisonment of Ramos/Compean, we also suspect they have orders to stand down so apprehensions seem lower.
 
Volunteers need to be keenly aware that the bad guys are emboldened -never has the chance of encountering violent criminals been higher.
 
We have developed new tactics, and have expanded our geographical area of operational observations -we have new sectors, new ranches and new operational tactics that will better utilize our volunteer resources. We have new equipment and other surprises that will ensure a better ratio of sightings that lead to apprehensions by Border Patrol.
